I don’t mean to advertise my product here, but I’m just not really that experienced with selling laptops, so I thought that I might as well just ask here.
I mean, this laptop has a brand new battery, 1 TB SSD, 16GB RAM, Intel i3 CPU (with integrated graphics), is in good condition, and is working perfectly fine with Linux.
No.
It’s important context that it has an i3-2370M, a low-end CPU from 2012. On eBay I’m seeing an Dell laptop with an i5-4310U (a mid-range CPU from 2014) also with 16GB memory and 1TB SSD for $150. I could maybe see someone paying $100 for yours, but I doubt it.
What about 125 USD?
I wouldn’t pay more than $50 for that. Find something newer and not a dogshit 10 year old CPU.
$100 is kinda the floor, you won’t find anything good for around that price. If you aim a little higher you can get something with well over 3x the performance (even from a time when CPUs weren’t making progress year to year)
I mean, try to sell it for whatever you want to sell it for. I personally wouldn’t take it if you were giving it away.
I’d agree. I found a dell with an 8th Gen cpu for $200 on Amazon. Comes with Windows but you can always install your OS of choice.
