Of course it’s real easy to make this statement when it’s someone else making the sacrifice.

That goat crawled through 500 yards of shit and came out clean on the other side
That substantial risk is entirely voluntary though. Nobody is forcing them to rent out PCs and they aren’t the first rental or rent-to-own company to engage in predatory behavior.
Intel is just a portion of the CHIPS Act funding and they’re the largest fab in the US. Why wouldn’t they be included in it when the whole point is to generate more domestic manufacturing rather than “trying to pick winners and losers?” Even TSMC got some of the money, and they’re already dominating the market, which arguably makes even less sense to award them taxpayer dollars.
With the CHIPS Act funding they can’t do stock buybacks.
To less than what it was a month ago.
Maybe instead think about what you’d have to do with the receptacle that all this snot would wind up in once it’s full.
Shout out to Rockauto for your brakes. Also avoid Samsung for the washer and dryer for the love of god.
This is true of all carriers here. It’s such bullshit that they’re allowed to use this verbiage when it’s obviously not the case.
Geez were not much better in the US with telecoms but I’m only paying $110 for three lines ‘unlimited’ Simple Choice through TMobile. It used to be 6GB data but they upgraded it in the last few years. Even still I’m thinking about switching to Mint for $15/mo per line but I’m lazy as well…
My parents are through Verizon and pay the same for 2 lines even though they barely use their phones. One of them just upgraded from a flip phone this year.
This was literally my exact thought. The left kitty is plotting interdimensional domination, and the right one is scared shitless that it’s being asked to take a photo with the other.
I’m an internet poster, not a cop.
That’s exactly what a cop would say.
As with my analogy above, the trip length (data size) is still the same whether you get there in 30 minutes or an hour. Your data usage won’t change unless you were somehow delayed from using it all, which isn’t really a thing unless we’re talking about super slow speeds like 1-5Mbps. Your demand for data and the speed at which you can get it aren’t necessarily related to one another.
I’m pretty sure they all know this already.
I’d support banning it for everyone as well.
How can you look at the state of things pretty much everywhere since social media has become so ubiquitous and think that it has no effect on people, young people especially? It’s full of hate, envy, propaganda, and brainwashing
Unless I’m misunderstanding your question, disabling QoS shouldn’t have any effect on your data cap because it’s just speeding things up (bandwidth) rather than increasing the amount of data used. Think of it like taking a 100 mile trip at 100MPH versus 50MPH. You’re doing the same distance just in half the time.
Crack a window, buddy.
The whole west coast does.
