F-ZERO. Most innovative racing series of all time. F-ZERO 99 is cute and all, but high-speed was never the same after 2003. Aero GPX proves the most promising project since, and it is good.

Pixel 8 Pro. I take issue with the buttons all being on the right side, which makes combination presses difficult. The cameras are positioned in such a way that it’s difficult to keep stable while not covering them. Gestures are less good than iOS, but it’s literally 2024, and digital buttons should die. I do not like the under-screen fingerprint reader. Rear was so much better on my OnePlus 5T, and that was probably my best unlocking experience.

Tetris Effect. Combine its gameplay, music, narrative, controller feedback and sound design, and you have quite the blending of the senses. Under certain circumstances, it’s incredible.

Could not be me. Not about the 🦊 part, but the failing to work part. The software fears me. The software knows it’s a cog in a machine, one that’s easily replacable. And I’m not one to get sentimental.
