So I’ve heard. I actually never seen this show, but I have the Blu-ray set, still in the shrink wrap. I’ll watch it someday when we’re ready to start a new series.
It’s the most trigger non-trigger anime I can think of. A stupid amount of Sakuga with a superficially simple but intriguing plot.
The way it bounces around genres with the parallel universe premise is genius. One episode is literally straight up actual horror, while somehow still being funny in the same way the whole show is.
It’s wild to me that 3Hz didn’t receive the same kind of fan support because of it, and go on to do more originals. Instead they’ve moseyed along doing adaptations, and are now getting mergerd into A1.
