You can post something that is blatant, obvious satire, and no matter how obvious or ridiculous, someone will argue about it. Much of the userbase is fundamentally unable to understand humour. Or they upvote anything that aligns with their political views, regardless of quality, see the posts of Pizzacake comics as an example.

Part of the problem is many of the users just don’t get jokes.
