It would be like that but much more intense, although I’d think you would become unconscious almost immediately within the first loop so the high would be very short lived.

It’s not an actual VPN, it just tells the OS that it is and then routes traffic from blocked apps to 127.0.0.1 or 0.0.0.0 rather than a real VPN endpoint.
