They’ve done this forever. I’m happy there’s criticism for this now, but decades ago they had a tiger in a concrete enclosure little more than a box just outside the stadium with the amount of water you’d give a dog and no cover for it to hide. I wonder if the tiger’s enclosure is any better now.
